At Haris Law Solicitors, we take pride in providing clear and fixed fee services for the majority of our immigration work.

Our fees for all applications cover a range of services, including consideration of all documents, meetings with you and relevant parties, discussing the most appropriate application, criteria for your application, advice on how to overcome any obstacles, taking instructions, obtaining additional documents, preparing and submitting the application, and advising on timescales and outcomes. We also offer a free initial consultation to discuss your requirements.

Please note that our fees do not include any disbursements, which are expenses paid to a third party, such as the Home Office, courts, experts, interpreters, or parking.

If an interpreter is needed, the cost can range from £50.00 to £100.00 per hour, with a typical case requiring two to four hours of work, which could result in a cost of £100.00 to £300.00 plus VAT. For translations, the typical costs are £120.00 plus VAT to £180.00 plus VAT for 1000 words. For example, a marriage certificate would typically cost £48.00 plus VAT.
